Thumbs Up or Down?

Im not sure how I feel about this video. I dont think the hype shouldve been there for the video, even though the woman in this video is absolutely gorgeous. =] But...this video leaves alot to be desired....like an explanation.

Basically at what point does Kanye's eccentricity cross the line of amusingly different and plain annoying.
