I ran across a website today called www.dreamhomesource.com where you can customize your preferences for a home and they will show you available floorplans that are for sale. I ran across a home today, I dont want to describe it too much because I dont want to jinx it, but it was 3.2 million and it was perfect. Except for a downstairs bedroom, which has advantages and disadvantages, but anyway, that's the basis I want to start with a house. When I go to buy a home soon, and I stress the soon part, I hope to get something just like this. 3.2 million over a few years is nothing.
